Jolie Anastasia (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information is collected through jolieanastasia.ca, how it is used, and the choices you have. I am based in Ontario, Canada, and handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.

Information I collect

This website has no contact form, accounts, or mailing list sign-up, so I only receive personal information you choose to send me.

Email. If you email me, I keep your name, email address and message so I can reply, and for bookings, collaborations or press requests you make.

Technical data. Like most websites, the hosting and content delivery providers that serve this site may automatically receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and timestamps. I do not use this to build marketing profiles about you.

I do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Embedded content and third parties

This site embeds content from other services so you can listen, watch and follow along. When that content loads, those services may receive your IP address and set or read cookies under their own privacy policies:

• Spotify – the album player
• YouTube (Google) – the music video
• ART19 – the podcast player
• Elfsight – the Instagram feed, which shows posts from Instagram (Meta)
• Google Fonts – the typeface used on this site
• Hosting and media delivery – site files are hosted on GitHub Pages and images are served through Cloudflare

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and press articles take you to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and I encourage you to read their policies.

Cookies

This site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small item in your browser (local storage) to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. The embedded services listed above may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; some embedded players may not work if you do.

Retention

I keep emails for as long as needed to respond, follow through on what you asked about, and keep reasonable records. When information is no longer needed, I delete it when practical.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send me. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid emailing highly sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government ID.

Your rights

Subject to Canadian privacy law, you may ask me to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent where I rely on consent
• Delete information I no longer need to keep
